The being, spirit and soul are established in a healthy state when there is:

Sama Dosha

Sama Agnish Cha

Sama Dhatu

Mala Kriyaha

Prasada Atma Indriya Manaha

Śwastha Iti Abhidhiyate

ree

Sama Dosha: Vata, Pitta and Kapha Doshas in balance.

Sama Agnish Cha: The internal fires bring about an appropriate and complete transformation.

Sama Dhatu: Tissues are in balance with normal growth and function.

Mala Kriyaha: The excretory tracts function periodically and are clean and clear of waste.

Prasana Atma Indriya Manaha: The sensory and motor organs are very blissful, satisfied and fully functioning.

Śwastha Iti Abhidhiyate: Happy, satisfied, blissful and peaceful mind. Enlightened soul.

Therefore, a healthy person is one whose Doshas or Bioenergies are in balance, and whose Tissues, Internal Fires, Waste Products, Sensory and Motor Organs and Mind are clean, clear and in optimal functioning. A person who possesses all this will establish himself in Swastha, that is, in health and balance at the level of Prakruti or at the level of his own constitution.
